We're staying safe at Advance Detox Center by taking extra precautions with the intake of each client, health history review, as well as sanitation and disinfecting practices. We currently have a very limited schedule due to additional times blocked out to follow local and state guidelines, we have added several new measures to ensure the health and safety of our Clients and Staff. We have enhanced our sanitation protocols in the common areas and treatment rooms of our center. We are asking all Clients and Staff to adhere to our sanitation protocol.

Please bring a face mask to use while you are in the building, and during your session. We do have masks available for any clients that forget to bring one. We ask all clients to please wait in their vehicles should they arrive early. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, If another person must accompany you, they will not be able to stay in the waiting room at this time. We will greet you at the door and use a non-touch thermal temperature screening to confirm that you don’t have a fever.

You will be asked if you have developed any symptoms of illness since scheduling your appointment. If you did not submit your COVID-19 HEALTH DECLARATION located on this website page the day of your appointment you will be asked to complete one in person. If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Colonics are not advised if you have any symptoms of illness. We will communicate with you to obtain updates to your health information and ask you specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19.

We are following local mandates to restrict the number of Clients allowed in our center at one time so you can safely receive services and follow recommended social distancing guidelines. Once inside our center, we’re instructing Clients to precisely follow the safety procedures put in place to protect themselves, other Clients and Staff.

We continue to uphold our already high standards of facility cleanliness and have added additional enhanced measures in response to COVID-19. We have team members dedicated to wiping down door knobs between each visit, disinfecting all touch areas between guests, and sanitizing high-traffic areas throughout the day. As always, we have UV Air Purification in each treatment room to reduce virus transmission. We are asking all clients to use the hand sanitizer located in the reception area when entering. There is a hand-hygiene station that you will be asked to use before you enter into your treatment room.

We ask all Clients who are feeling ill to stay home and reschedule their visit in order to protect other Clients and our Staff. If a Client has recently traveled within or outside the United States in areas of concern/risk we ask that the client postpone services until at least 14 days following their return. If you have a fever, please reschedule your appointment until at least 72 hours have passed and the origin of the fever is known. If a Client arrives to the clinic displaying cold or flu-like symptoms we may find it necessary to ask the Client to reschedule.

We are dedicated to not only the well-being of our Clients, but also the safety and protection of our Staff. As always, we are requiring our Staff to stay home if they are not feeling well. Our Staff is washing their hands thoroughly and frequently, sanitizing equipment, door knobs, surfaces, and changing out linens between each visit.
