OUR POLICY…

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
For all services please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your service, however, you will still be charged for the full value of your treatment.

SERVICES
Please note that all services (i.e.Colon Hydrotherapy, Detox Footbaths, Infrared Sauna, Ear Coning etc.) require a credit card reservation to secure your appointment. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will be assessed at 50% of treatment fee. All no shows will be charged the full amount of service. Due to our popularity, every appointment is valuable and we need adequate notice to fill your spot.

PACKAGES
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

DEPOSITS
Deposits for group services may be required and can be placed on your credit card. Services (i.e. Colon Hydrotherapy, Detox Footbaths, Infrared Sauna and Ear Coning) require a credit card reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to treatments will be charge 50% of service price. No show will be charged full value of service.

If you book appointments for more than one person, you will be responsible for the charges for all appointments you booked should the group fail to show and to cancel with 24 hours notice. Charges will be applied against your credit card.

PAYMENT
We gladly accept visa, master card, discover or ATM/debit card. We do accept checks. Prices are subject to change without notice.

CELL PHONES
For the benefit of everyone, we ask that you silence your cell phone while receiving a service. Please refrain from using your cell phone in the building. Kindly take or make calls outside.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable if lost or stolen. There is a 90 day expiration date on all gift certificates.
